New World: Aeternum - Cutlass Keys: Citadel Cliff Bridge

The console release of New World: Aeternum and the revamp of Cutless Keys were the last projects I worked on at Lost Boys Interactive with Amazon Games. It was a wonderful experience and I'm honored to have worked with such an amazing team!
---
The process for the portion I worked on: I used Amazon Games' cliff rock kit to create this Cliff-Rock Bridge structure leading to the Citadel area. I used the asset library provided by the team and used said assets to set-dress along the cliff bridge's path. The goal for this area was to give players alternating paths and options of what to use as barricades as they participate in this PvP area. I took this cliff bridge area from blockout to its final product addressing feedback and iterating on ideas with Amazon Games and LBI leadership.
---
In this area, I also collaborated with these amazing artists! The wooden bridge (with the skulls hanging) was a collaborative effort between Clement Kirton and me. I did a kitbash variant of the bridge (utilizing existing assets to help get the concept across) and Clement created the optimized single-mesh version. Ethan Reeds did the lighting and added in the fog along the cliff bridge.
